Hot HIIT Flow & Hot HIIT Express Flow

A blend of Pilates and Yoga principles with a mix of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), including burpees and mountain climbers, and matched with encouraging, upbeat playlists. Hot HIIT Flow (HHF) is a challenging full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout that strengthens muscles while burning fat. Class is heated to an average temp of 95 degrees with 40% humidity. Be prepared to work hard, sweat, smile and be inspired.

POWER YOGA

A perfect balance of heat and humidity to help detoxification and passively warm muscles to turn your practice up a notch. This class is created to challenge and strengthen you in all aspects of yoga. Using dynamic sequences, Power provides you with space and confidence to play with inversions and arm balances. Expect awesome beats, inspiring teachers and lots of sweat in this rigorous flow class.

HOT HIIT flow W/ WEIGHTS

Built from the foundation of Hot HIIT Flow classes with the added challenge of resistance bands and hand weights thrown in the mix. A blend of Pilates and Yoga principles for the best full-body workout. High-intensity interval training done in a heated studio with an average temperature of 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Our low impact design allows you to do every move safely and with the intent for optimal fat burning and muscle strengthening results. Be ready to push yourself, sweat, smile and be inspired.

Hot hiit flow MINI 15

Hot HIIT Flow 15 is a HIIT sequenced class shortened to 15 minutes. Our focus will be on certain parts of the body to burn out. This class is sequenced with repetition in movements to burn out and fatigue the muscles, focusing on one specific area. We encourage you to pace yourself, this class is hard, but short and doable. Get ready for a quick burn paired with great music.

Karmic flow

A creatively blended class that will keep you moving, breathing and sweating. This class is a mix of our traditional Hot HIIT Flow + Power Yoga classes. This class is an excellent alternative when wanting to move a bit slower, then your typical HHF class, but want a little more strength added to your yoga flow. Paired with great music and a fluid flow – this class is guaranteed to make you sweat.

Yin Flow w/ Essential Oils

While Yang practices like Power and Hot Pilates focus on muscle strength, Yin yoga targets the deeper connective tissues. Soothing music and essential oils are used to create a healing atmosphere. This slow, intentional flow, also combines breathwork and meditation for a profound experience. Longer held asanas with the support of props, will allow you to soften into the stillness and push past discomfort. Nourish your body fully with this Yin Yoga class by doing it in tandem with your current workout regiment.

FAQs

  • DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR CLASS BEFOREHAND? +

    • Yes, reservations are not required but to ensure a spot we ask that you sign up before as classes tend to fill up quickly. Please note we have a 10 hour cancellation window, all classes that are cancelled after this point will be charged a $10 Late Cancel Fee, No Shows will result in a $15 Fee. Please cancel via our website or your app Karma Yoga SF. We do not accept cancellations via email or phone.

    I’ve never been to your studio. How do i Prepare for my first visit? +

    • Please allow 10-15 minutes to sign up and check in to class, this allows a stress free streamlined process (for you and the front desk.) Please also note all reservations are released 5 minutes prior to class, please show up by this time or your spot could be given to a waitlist client.

  • DO I NEED TO BRINg anything for class? +

    • Please bring a towel and mat, along with water. However we do rent Manduka Mats ($3.00) Yogitoe Mat Towels ($3) Shower Towels ($2) We have filtered water but also have water for purchase ($3.00)

  • HOW DO I PREPARE FOR CLASS? +

    • Start hydrating at least 2 hours ahead of time; try not to eat a heavy meal before class. Wear comfortable clothing, not loose fitting, that can handle sweat.

  • RENTAL POLICY/PRICING +

    • We rent Manduka Mats ($3.00) Yogitoe Mat Towels ($3) Shower Towels ($2.) We have filtered water but also have water for purchase ($3.00.)

    • We do not offer refunds on class purchases including but not limited to intro offers, class cards, memberships, gift cards, workshops and teaching trainings. Our retail return policy is 14 days with tags (still attached) and receipt. We do not offer a REFUND we only offer account credit.
